If it appears likely that a substantial portion of the itinerary cannot be completed, preventing travelers, the hotel, or A Private View of Italy from fulfilling their obligations as defined in the Registration Form and Terms & Conditions, the journey will be rescheduled for a future date within 12 months of November 2021. Rendered deposits and prepayments will be credited toward the rescheduled journey. In the event of a postponement, A Private View of Italy withholds the right to increase/decrease the cost of the rescheduled journey by up to 12% due to potential fluctuations in the cost of goods and services. Private travel insurance is strongly recommended but not provided by A Private View of Italy.
